Brentwood Health Care Center Celebrate their newly renovated facility 5-Star Facility with an open house! The open house was a successful event, hosted on August 17, 2017, resident’s, family members, friends and members of the Santa Monica community were all in attendance. The Santa Monica City Police Community Affairs Division, City Council Member and former Santa Monica Mayor Tony Vazquez, and Santa Monica School Board members were all in attendance to support and celebrate Brentwood Health Care Centers newly renovated facility.
